Try This For TEN Times Fat Loss

Sometimes, groundbreaking research goes completely unnoticed.

That’s why I was SHOCKED when I came across this research study from a few years ago.

Here’s the background…

Research from W. Jackson Davis and colleagues at the University of California at Santa Cruz, and the University of California at Berkeley, compared the results of 28 women who were divided into 2 groups [1].

Group #1 worked out with weights, followed by doing cardio on a treadmill.

Group #2 did an equal volume of weight training and cardio; only they did the cardio IN BETWEEN their sets of weight lifting.

Big deal, right?

Well, after 11 weeks, Group #2 had FAR BETTER results than Group #1:

82% greater improvement in muscle gains

35% greater improvement in lower body strength

52% greater improvement in lower body endurance

143% greater improvement in upper body flexibility

28% greater improvement in lower body flexibility

991% greater loss in fat mass!

No, that’s not a typo.

991% greater loss in fat mass…

By simply adding in 30-60 second high intensity cardio bursts in-between exercises, the women experienced 10x GREATER fat loss!

And the best part is, they didn’t do ANY extra work.

So I immediately put this breakthrough method into action, in what I call Bodyweight Cardio Interrupts…

You simply “interrupt” your workout with 30-60 second bursts of bodyweight cardio, which is far more effective for fat loss than traditional cardio (no treadmill or elliptical required).
