I used to think that allergies or intolerance to certain foods is just something you’re born with.

You’re either allergic to milk, or you’re not. Period.

Oh boy was I completely wrong.

In reality, food intolerances and allergies come and go for your entire life.

Here’s how it works.

Our bodies’ white blood cells are those that travel around, looking for invaders like viruses and foreign stuff that doesn’t belong in our blood.

Once they encounter a certain attacker — let’s say the common flu — they seek and destroy, and then learn to be more efficient in the future.

Basically, your immune system learns about its new predators every single time. It gets “smarter.”

But, the problem is that your immune system can also turn against your body and attack stuff it’s NOT supposed to.

This happens most of the time when your gut lining is affected by bad nutrition, lifestyle habits, and other factors.

Instead of being very impermeable, your inflamed gut becomes permeable — which is also called “leaky gut.”

If this happens, food particles start leaching in your blood by microscopic holes in your intestine.

And what do you think blood cells think?

“Wait a minute, this is a milk protein here in the blood… it’s not supposed to be there. Let’s destroy it, create some inflammation and make sure to destroy ALL milk protein in the future!”

Next thing you know, you’re now intolerant to milk, and it’s making you sick and inflamed, instead of giving you essential nutrients.

How To Reverse Food Intolerance

The very good news is that food intolerance can be reversed.

The bad news is that you need the right information, and you also need to put some serious work to avoid these allergenic foods for a while.
