Never Eat Fat At This Time

The BEST times to eat carbs are…

In the morning…

3-4 hours PRE workout…

Immediately POST workout <= Best option

Now when it comes to your other macros (protein and fat), these also have to be eaten properly in order to accelerate your results…

For protein, I recommend 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight and it should be included with every meal.

As for fats…

Like carbs, there are optimal times to eat your fats so that they can work best for your body…

And if you’re worried that “fat will make you fat”… Know that this is NOT true.

Good fats will burn fat, IF they are eaten properly.

So, the general rule that you should follow when it comes to eating your fats is this:

NEVER eat your fats with carbs…

…Always eat your fats with protein.

The ONLY time carbs and fats should be paired together is during cheat meals. This is OK.

Other than that, stick with this:

Eat Protein and Fats together…

And…

Eat Protein and Carbs together…

Here’s why:

When you eat carbs and fats together… You produce a higher insulin response which ends up leading to fat storage.

When trying to burn fat, you need to keep your insulin levels stable.

This means…

Eating your carbs AND protein together (lower fat)

Eating your fats AND protein together (lower carbs)

If you can do this, you will start burning fat faster than ever.
