The sad truth is that if you don’t have an efficient metabolism, it affects much more than just your waistline.
Today I have a fun little quiz for you to see if your metabolism isn’t functioning at it’s absolute best. All you need to do is answer yes or no to these following questions…
1) Are you sensitive to the cold?
2) Do you feel tired unexpectedly at any time?
3) Do you have chronic dry skin?
4) Have you experienced any weight gain of 15 pounds or more in the last 2 years?
5) Do you have trouble falling asleep or wake up frequently in the night?
6) Do you ever feel overwhelmed or run-down?
7) Are you ever craving salty or high-carbohydrate foods?
8) Do you experience any feelings of bloatness, especially after fatty foods?
9) Do you have trouble losing weight, even with a diet and exercise program?
If you answered yes to any of these, you might be experiencing a sluggish metabolism.
In fact, more than 90% of men and women over 40 suffer from a glandular slowdown (a slower metabolism). Many others start even sooner.
Keep your workouts short (30 mins or less)
Avoid chronic dieting (this destroys your metabolism)
