The bodyweight complex is by far the most effective method for dropping body fat and improving strength.
Many of you have heard this term before but don’t know what it is.
What is a bodyweight complex?
A bodyweight complex is where you perform one bodyweight exercise until full fatigue. Then you immediately go into another bodyweight exercise, then another… and sometimes another.
Then you see spots, black out, and wake up a few days later.
Just kidding on the last part… sort of. 😉
I frequently perform complexes to take my training to the next level whether I am trying to build muscle or lose body fat.
