Say “Goodbye” To Belly Flab By Combining
Strength Training With THIS Vitamin…

Do you have a few extra pounds around
your waistline?

Not to worry. After today, you’ll have a powerful
tool on your side. One that could help you say
“goodbye” to your belly fat – for good.

Aside from being unsightly, carrying excess fat
around your waist is very unhealthy.

That’s because abdominal fat is associated with
heart disease, diabetes, stroke, Alzheimer’s
Disease – even cancer!

But if you’ve ever gone on a diet, you know
how stubborn belly fat can be. It’s usually
the last thing to go, and only if and when
you’ve been dieting religiously for weeks on end.

The good news is, science may now be uncovering
why that is… and in the process showing us how
an inexpensive vitamin can be a powerful ally.
One that can help you lose the spare tyre, get
healthy and look great!

This exciting research comes out of the Wastl
Human Performance Lab, at Purdue University.

Researchers wanted to see what kinds of effects,
if any, vitamin D had on people who were
overweight, but strength training.

In this double-blind study, researchers divided
participants into two groups. One group received
4,000 IU/day of vitamin D. The other group
received a placebo.

Both groups were put on a 12-week resistance-
training program. Body composition of all the
participants was taken prior to the study’s start
and at the end. As well, researchers measured
muscle function at the start… and then at the
4, 8, and 12 weeks..

What happened?

The vitamin D group had a slimmer waistline
and increased muscular power!

According to the authors: “The results of the
current study demonstrated that vitamin D
supplementation improved muscular power
in healthy overweight and obese individuals
within four weeks and that elevated vitamin D
status was associated with greater losses in
waist circumference…” [1]

Bottom line: Getting your daily dose of vitamin
D can help you lose that belly and get stronger.
Whether people tend to carry more fat around
their bellies because they’re vitamin D deficient,
is unclear.

But what we do know is that adding it to your
diet, and getting to “normal to good” levels can
have a positive effect.

The researchers also noted that since vitamin D
had such a positive effect on decreasing the
waistline, those benefits extend into protective
effects against heart disease, diabetes, and
other “metabolic syndrome” related diseases.

How’s that for a nice one-two punch combo?

The best way to get your vitamin D is by going
out into the sun. Ten minutes a day is all you
really need.

Otherwise, you can supplement. If you go this
route, make sure you buy vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).
This is the form of the vitamin that’s beneficial
to your overall health and well-being.

So what are you waiting for!? Go outside and
get some vitamin D.
