Sugar, Sugar, Everywhere

Did you know you’re possibly eating [or drinking], on average, 23 teaspoons of sugar a day and you probably don’t even know it?

And the more you eat it, the more you crave it!

Here’s the really scary part – even if you are on a “sugar free diet”, there’s a strong chance you are STILL consuming this toxin that is destroying your metabolism and leaving you feeling lethargic.

Some people blatantly consume massive amounts of sugar, but many folks don’t even know they are consuming sugars in so called “healthy foods”.

Did you know that 1 can of tomato soup has 7 teaspoons of sugar?

Did you know that 1 cup of Yogurt has almost 14 teaspoons of sugar?

Even the so called healthy foods often times contain an unhealthy amount of sugar.

If you are struggling to lose fat, there’s a strong chance that you are consuming even more sugar than the average person.

And it’s not just the empty calories sugar provides that is so harmful.

Sugar is made up of two molecules— one called glucose and the other fructose. They separate in our gut. The glucose circulates throughout our body feeding our muscles and our brain.

But the fructose goes right to your liver. It’s in that organ where all kinds of problems begin, including making your ability to burn fat come to a halt.

When you metabolize fructose in excess, your liver has no choice but to turn that energy into liver fat and that liver fat then causes all of the metabolic diseases such as cancer and heart disease.

Or more bluntly put – Sugar is Poisonous!
