With this family-friendly pasta ready in just 20 minutes, you’ve got more time to sit back and relax.

Ingredients (serves 4)
- 300g Woolworths Select Rollini pasta
- 1 1/2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 2 x 250g punnets grape tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 200g sliced ham off the bone, chopped
- 150g feta, crumbled
- 1/4 cup small fresh basil leaves
Method
- Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of salted boiling water following packet directions or until al dente. Drain.
- Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large, deep frying pan over medium heat. Add the tomatoes and garlic, and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the tomatoes soften slightly.
- Add the pasta, ham and feta to the tomato mixture, and toss until well combined and heated through. Sprinkle with the basil. Season with pepper to serve.
Notes
- Budget tip: Omit the feta and top the pasta with shaved parmesan to serve.
- Variation:Tuna & dill tomato pasta: Replace the ham with a 425g can tuna in oil, drained, flaked. Replace the basil with fresh dill
