Metabolic Conditioning

It’s the “new school” of cardio training. But it’s 50X better.

It’s called “Metabolic Conditioning”.

Here’s the harsh truth though… you’re doing TOO MUCH of this training.

Look, there are 2 things you need to remember when you’re trying  to look leaner for summer:

#1 The LESS fat you have on your body, the more muscular you  will look (because there is less fat to cover the muscle)

#2 The MORE muscle you have on your body, the LEANER you’re  going to look (because the fat has to cover a LARGER surface area)

So if you gain 5 pounds of muscle and lose 5 pounds of fat, you will look DRASTICALLY different, but the scale won’t change.

Instead of chasing after losing fat, you simply aim for “recomposition”  using a strategic blend of 1 and 2…

Metabolic Resistance Training (MRT) = more muscle definition with  fat loss

Metabolic Conditioning = focus on fat loss (and muscular endurance is a plus)

Metabolic Conditioning is new school cardio training… Ask yourself…

“Did Chris Evans of Captain America get leaner and defined by running on a treadmill for 60 minutes 4 days a week?”
