Lose 5kg in 10 Days Without Exercise

Sure, losing 10 pounds in 10 days sounds extreme….

And it is..

But I’m not recommending this as a lifestyle plan, it’s a fat-loss JUMPSTART that will get you results fast WITHOUT exercising – which will motivate you to keep making healthy choices long term.

You see there’s nothing wrong with wanting to lose a few pounds quickly, as long as it doesn’t involve crash diets, miracle pills that don’t do anything, or marathon workouts that will get you injured.

And since my 3 fool-proof FAST fat loss tips don’t include any of the above, give them a shot ONLY if you want to burn fat and are willing to put in the work.

Since you’re reading this, I already know you’re committed, so let’s get right to it.

Side Note: I left off the obvious like cutting out sugar, fried foods, eating ice cream for breakfast, and participating in a hot dog eating contest every weekend. I think some things go without saying 🙂

#1 – Remove ALL liquid calories for 10 days

Hopefully by now you know fruit juice isn’t healthy, because it’s all sugar and empty calories. Alcohol and soda need to go, and we’ll go ahead and get rid of milk while we’re at it too.

Drink nothing but water, green tea, and if you MUST….a cup of plain coffee (no creamer, sugar, etc.)

Removing liquid calories is one of the easiest ways to lose weight fast, so let’s go ahead and do it for the next 10 days, okay?

But where will I get the calcium for strong bones if I don’t drink milk? Leafy green vegetables 🙂

#2 – Go Grain-Free

Are all grains bad? No, of course not. But they’re not necessary for a healthy body and the majority of grains are processed to the point that all nutritional value has been lost.

So give them up for 10 days and see how your body changes.

According to Dr. Joel Fuhrman, author of the best selling book Eat to Live, “Grains simply do not contain enough nutrients per calorie to form a substantial part of your diet.

Whole grains are the least nutrient dense food of the seed family, and they do not show the powerful protection against disease that is apparent in the scientific studies of fresh fruit, vegetables, beans, raw nuts, or seeds.

Just because a food is called “whole grain” or “organic” does not make it a good food.”

As Dr. Fuhrman mentioned, fill up on fresh fruit, veggies, and beans instead.

In fact, eating beans, peas or lentils at least twice a week has been found to decrease colon cancer risk by 50%.

#3 – Eat a HUGE salad at least once a day (lunch or dinner).

I remember when we first met, my wife Keri would always say, “a salad isn’t going to fill you up…”

And then she’d see my salad, which was the size of a human head, while I stood there smiling.

Who says it needs to fit in some tiny little salad bowl? Eat up!

Here’s my go to salad that I eat for lunch nearly every day
• Huge bowl of chopped romaine lettuce
• Lean protein (chicken, ground turkey, steak) or beans
• Tomatoes
• Mushrooms
• Chopped Cucumbers
• Black Olives
• Avocado
• Chopped Peppers
• All-Natural Salsa (instead of salad dressing)
You don’t need to eat a tiny little salad because you’re on a “diet”. As long as you’re using healthy, whole foods, make the salad as big as you want.

Eat until your satisfied, not stuffed, and you’ll feel amazing afterwards.
