8977 – Double Dagger 8968 – Block #1
8968 -Note my grip is a little close. Beginners are advised to have a wider grip. They lack spacial awareness to protect the hands from being hit by the opponents stick when blocking.
8974 – Single knife – orthodox grip 8965 – Ready Position
8974 – right leg lead. Beginners must always learn with right leg forward
8965 – Left leg or right leg lead for advanced trainees.
8932 – Single Dagger 8929 – On Guard
8932 – You always lead with the knife, not your free hand. The attacker must get past your weapon
8925 – Single Stick – Ready 8920 – Double Stick – Ready
8925 – Length of butt should be at least 5cm. Advanced trainees may double that.
