BOOTCAMP
According to the Australian Institute of Health & Welfare, coronary heart disease is the leading cause of death among males aged under 75 years, and is rated second for females. We strongly suggest that everyone take advantage of our expertly programmed focus on all aspects of fitness, with a perfect balance of cardio to strength training. People don’t realize how important speed and agility exercises are, as part of our prevention program against possible ankle, knee, hip, back, shoulder, and neck problems that can occur during recreational activities, and in the workplace. Build YOUR resistance to injury with Shashido exercise activities.
GROUP TRAINING
When shashido bootcamp’s aren’t operating, shashido group training continues. An abundance of different activities on any given day, from kicking and punching drills, Shashido ( similar to Tae-bo ), agility drills, calisthenics, use of equipment such as kettlebells, cables, 1kg dumbells,etc. Each workout will emphasize a different aspect of fitness. Strength, cardio, and combination of both, specialized on different days, using a 3 week roster system. Martial arts classes are also offered.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal training is highly recommended because the Shashido Warrior Coach, after thoroughly assessing the client for anatomical imbalances, (any of which will eventually cause a physical breakdown of some kind, it’s just a matter of time), will provide a tailored training program to re-balance the client’s body as it strengthens and becomes fitter.
MARTIAL ARTS
Boxing, kickboxing, or eskrima (stickfighting) is available. Apart from the obvious self defense value, hand-eye coordination improves dramatically. Many of the eskrima drills should be practiced in slow motion, thus making them wonderful meditation drills, which relaxes mind and body.

What About Liability To The Company If One Of The Associates Gets Injured?
Because your associates are participating on a voluntary basis, and not on your company property, your company is the last party to be held liable. Shashido Enterprises is a fully insured business, as are it’s instructors. You have a much greater chance of having a future medical, or workers compensation claim at the office, than through injury at one of our classes.
What Sort Of Exercise Classes Are You Offering?
Outdoor and indoor exercise, in bootcamp format, probably with lots of other people participating. Check out our website: adelaideshashidopeakfitness.com.au. Place the curser on the “services” link, a drop-down menu appears. Click on the bootcamp link to find answers to all your questions about Shashido Bootcamp. Training is Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 6.00am. Other times are also offered.
We have at least four people interested, so what do we do now?
Just contact Shashido Enterprises, either by phone : 0420 347 550 , or email: shashido@bigpond.com, to register their names. We will let you know when they can start, and full payment is required seven days before the program starts. Don’t forget your 25% discount. Your company may wish to sponsor the employees, either in full, or in part, or not at all, in which case the 25% discount still applies!! However, be advised that when something is promoted and paid for by the company, the associates are more encouraged to participate. They would much rather participate through an approved company arrangement, than to initiate it on their own.
