Let me ask you this:
Are you getting results?
Do you train like a machine, or like a broken machine?
I’m here today to make sure that you DOMINATE your training, like the machine that you are or want to be.
First, how are you going to achieve such a thing?
It all starts when that alarm clock goes off in the morning.
See, that’s when you set the pace for the day. Will it be positive, or negative?
Will your day begin with success and determination to crush some goals?
Or, will it start by worrying about yesterday — the would’ve, could’ve, should’ve business?
Yesterday is gone; today is now. Making a difference is in the now, not yesterday.
Don’t watch the news, or even read the newspaper. Pick up something positive to read or to watch on tv that will help give you the right mindset to lift you up to the next level.
This CAN and Will happen with the right mindset.
If I can do it, YES, you can too!
The only difference that lies between negative and positive thinking is motivation.
If your body is good, then your mind is good. The rest will come easier.
So, is your body good? (meaning, are you where you want to be physically?)
If you are, then is your mind right too? Are you making some serious leaps and bounds in your relationships with friends, co workers, wife or husband?
Ask yourself these things. I do everyday, but can always do it more.
Your success is a reflection of my passion to help others, like yourself.
So, when I push send in this email today, I’m reaching thousands with the goal to reach hundreds of thousands someday.
Please don’t doubt yourself – I don’t doubt you one bit.
You won’t ever hear from me “you CAN’T do this” or it.
If you do one thing for me today, eliminate the words “I CAN’T” from your vocabulary, then add “I CAN,” and that Dan told me “I CAN!”
Fitness is the BODY. Coaching is the MINDSET. And then we get the beauty of what we call a machine, when we’re running on all cylinders, RIGHT?
Imagine for me, right now, whatever goal you set on New Year’s, or even the goals that you have in your head, or wrote down some time ago,
and ask yourself, have you achieved checking that goal off your list?
I want you to focus on one of those goals for me. Write it down NOW, then place your written goal somewhere where you will see it at least 6X’s during the day and night.
This could be the fridge, mirror, dashboard of your car, on your phone, or maybe even the computer screen.
Then tomorrow, I want you to wake up with the MINDSET that you “CAN” do this.
Believe that your goal is do-able and reachable. Set the positive mindset, from the minute you wake up, and do something GREAT today for me.
Reach one goal, then we can focus on the next.
