With over 40 years teaching experience, and holding black belts in karate and Filipino stick-fighting, and coaching certification in kickboxing. Fully certified Strength & Conditioning Level One Coach. Shane is also a former State champion power-lifter in South Australia and Victoria, winning 26 of 50 contests, including three State Titles.
