It’s quite possibly the easiest 30-second trick you can use to help slash belly fat and start getting healthier and leaner TONIGHT.
If you’re anything like me, you have a very hard time turning down dessert after dinner.
I love my sweets as much as everyone else, however, I also know that I can’t be eating them every single night if I want to maximize fat burning.
My best bet tells me that this scenario has happened to you before…
You eat incredibly healthy ALL day, not cheating on your diet… Then you finish dinner and those cookies in the panty or ice cream in the freezer catches your eye…
So… You indulge…
And I don’t know about you, but whenever I do this I always feel bad about it…
Why do you feel bad? Because you went the entire day sticking to your diet, then it seems like you messed everything up because of that ONE dessert…
Now listen, I am NOT telling you to feel bad about eating dessert. However, you need to find a solid weekly balance for when you are going to eat them.
Maybe eat dessert 3-times a week, then the other days follow my 30-second nutrition tip that follows.
It’s all about moderation. And I’ll tell you this… When you plan out the days you will be eating dessert, you will enjoy it that much more. PLUS, you won’t feel bad about it 🙂
Alright, so what is the incredibly simple fat loss technique that you can use TONIGHT to slash belly fat and get healthier…
You ready? Cause this will blow your mind…
Brush Your Teeth!
Yup, that’s it. Immediately after you finish dinner, go and brush your teeth. Seriously, try it!
Why? Because after brushing your teeth, you won’t want to eat anything else.
(Note: just doing a quick 30-second brush works. You don’t even have to do your full teeth cleaning routine yet!)
For most people, brushing their teeth at night signals something in their brain that tells them their night is winding down.
I know for me, when my teeth are brushed that means my next move is bed.
That said, even if I am not going to bed, if I brush my teeth after dinner the last thing I want to do is eat something else so that I need to brush my teeth again.
Give this a try tonight. I can bet that you won’t be having any desserts even if you get tempted 🙂
Pretty simple, right?
